Good day today since today is Friday!!! I have decided to post some articles to help those of you out there that would like to know how to go about choosing a therapist. Most men see seeking therapy as some sort of weakness. For me, seeking therapy was a way for me to find a release and understanding of the events and situations occurring in my life. I did it on my own. No one told me to go, no court or person. I knew seeking therapy was a way for me to have a healthy outlet for the stresses of life, with a professional who would listen to me, while giving me ideas or ways to deal with these issues in a healthy manner. I chose to find a therapist who only dealt with issues pertaining to men. Someone who understood the issues we go through from personal experience and understands how the male mind works.
