Happy Friday!

Today I am starting out the day by listening to an R & B classic, Ron Ayer's Everybody Loves The Sunshine.

Somedays we just need music to motivate us to get up.  Other times, we just need music  to jam to while we are traveling somewhere.  Music can be an incredible uplift for us, or it can bring us further down from where we are, causing further depression.

My challenge to you today is to find that song that makes you feel good, that makes you smile, and brings that feeling of glow to your body.  Feel that smile form across your face as you realize you have another day under your belt.  You are here today. You made it another day.  It is Friday! 

I am going to include some songs to just get you hyped up.  Oh, by the way, I pretty much like any type of music.  It just depends on my mood.

Good day today since today is Friday!!!
